Endorsement of Minutes Ø The minutes of the AGBG on 27th October 2025 were endorsed as a true record of that evening by Mick and endorsed by John. . 2. 30th Annual Ali Cub Tour update: Ø Captain Pete gave a reminder of the tour details: - Dale Hill III, 22nd to 24th May 2026 - Costs, £435 each, Dinner, B&B and 3 rounds, sharing suites. - 4 twins booked. - Tee Offs - Friday 22nd May 12.40 pm Woosnan Course White, Blue and Grey block shirt (21/22/23) - Saturday 23rd May 11.50 am Old Course New shirt - Racer Red (26) - Sunday 24th May 11.50 am Woosnan Course Mainly Grey shirt (24/25) Ø The Groupings each day will be two 4 balls so 4 buggies required each day. All booked. Ø Given there are only two groups, just two yellow ball teams, £10 a man Actions: Pete to start work on Tour Programme. 3. Treasurers Report :- Ø Honorary Treasurer John reported our current bank balance is £4,172 Ø Each person needs to have built up £660 this year by the time we go on tour. We are all paying £55 per month which covers it. Exceptions are Bazza who paid up in full on the night and Neal who is playing catch up but will be fully paid by tour. Neal will also need to make up the carry forward that we have all got, £148 each to make it cleaner going forward. Actions: - John and Neal to liaise on amount due by Tour - John to pay final bill by 27th March Mick to transfer Golf break points to Pete's account Ø Prizes as previously agreed: - every day, LD £25, NTP £25, - Yellow Ball £10 a team person. Action: John to source balls - across tour, Twos Pot £60 - 2 winners, £25 bottle of wine each, Action: Captain Pete to source 4. 6. Draw for Playing Groups Ø Playing Groups for first two days determined by order partner numbers drawn out. PLAYING GROUPS - SEE LINK 7. Shirt Update Ø Pete has found shirts in a striking Racer Red and has had them embroidered. Since last meet, Neil has put on some timber and moved up to an XL
8. 30th Anniversary Dinner Update:- Ø Bazza updated that there are likely to be 26 attendees. He has researched suitable venues with a separate function room and has a shortlist. One was in Blackheath which was removed as not necessary to travel that far. We agreed: - Bazza to pick venue - Price for 3 course meal to be secured by Bazza and paid by everyone attending. - Current Ali Club members to cover cost of wine on the night out of our surplus on the account. As there are are 15 of us including partners we will be subsidising the additional say 11 guests (Chris and Sharon, Kevin and Olivia, Stefan and Marianne, Vince and Anne, Ellen, Kim, Liz). - All other drinks to be settled independently. - No paid entertainment. 9.
